• ETUK Knowledge: Familiarity with ETUK courses is a plus – but if you’re willing to learn, we are willing to teach you!
• Customer-Centric: A friendly and helpful person with a knack for problem-solving are essential for providing our continued excellent customer service.
• Team Player: Collaboration is key – we thrive in an environment where everyone pitches in to achieve common goals.
• An Eye for Details: Ability to keep up with various customer requests and career options. You need to be able to be accurate and consistent.

What you need to know…

8-15 hours a week – ideally 2-3hrs/day but can be flexible by arrangement. 

£15-£18/hr depending on experience. 

Working from home as a self-employed subcontractor. 

Must have own computer, internet access and phone.

Previous ETUK students preferred, even better if you have attended a Certificate course!
