Protected Species Licences are a necessary part of the process of dealing with bats on development sites. This course is for those who are ready to start writing PSL’s  for bats but don’t know where to start. During the course we will systematically go through how to write an PSL looking at all the paperwork involved including the application form, method statement, figures required, work schedule and application form. If you are working on a specific project we can talk it through. Examples will be available to refer to.

Sue Searle BSc, PGDip, MCIEEM will be your tutor and she has 20 years experience of working with bats in Devon and has written over 70 PSL’s for bats.
