If you require an invoice for your course booking(s) please complete our simple online form and we shall raise one for you. You can also use this form if you wish to pay for your courses with a cheque or via BACS – it’s that simple!
Course fees cover tuition and light refreshments only. Travel and accommodation will be extra.
Requesting an Invoice
Please note that there is a £10 administration fee for this service, which shall be added to your invoice. Ensure you select the invoice option at the bottom of the form. We will send your invoice when we have received your booking and you will also receive further information about the course to confirm your booking.
Paying via BACS
This service carries no extra charge. Payment details: Acorn Ecology Ltd A/c:40812773 S/c:20-30-47. Ensure you select the BACS option at the bottom of the form. We will send confirmation and further information when we have received both your submitted form and your BACS payment. Please note that places on courses will only be guaranteed once payment has been received by Acorn Ecology.
Paying by Cheque
This service carries no extra charge. Please make cheques payable to ‘Acorn Ecology Ltd’. Ensure you select the ‘Cheque’ option at the bottom of the form. We will send confirmation and further information when we have received both your submitted form and your cheque payment has cleared. Once payment has cleared your place in guaranteed unless there are less than 5 booked, in which case we reserve the right to cancel.
